As a third generation Chiropractor, Zara has been exposed to Chiropratic from a very young age. The enthusiasm her mother and Grandfather had for the profession, as well as how it enriched their lives and the lives of those around them, ignited Zara’s desire to follow in her family’s footsteps.

Following the completion of her Masters degree at McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2017, Zara began her career as Clinic Director of a family oriented practice. In December 2019, she made the decision to sell her clinic and focus on her first love, Chiropractic. This has brought her to new and exciting opportunities, starting here at The Elphick Clinic.

Driven by her passion for providing an integrated and holistic approach, Zara has continued to expand her knowledge and skill with additional exciting and diverse post-graduate courses and study, ranging from sports injury and corrective exercise techniques to pregnancy care, dry needling, nutrition and a variety of different adjusting techniques. For Zara, one of the many joys of being a Chiropractor is the capacity to work with people from all walks of life. Her purpose is to be present and connect with those she cares for, to work together to improve their health and overall wellbeing.

Outside of practice, you can find Zara delving into a diverse array of hobbies. Following a resolution to do or see something new every month, Zara has discovered a love of kayaking, surfing and anything and everything to do with history.
