Lauren Bright Registered Chiropractor BSc, MSc (Chiro), DC
Lauren has a passion for health, wellbeing and caring for others which inspired her to pursue a career in Chiropractic. Lauren graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth with a BSc (Hons) in Human Sciences and a Masters degree in Chiropractic. Since graduating she has gained experience working in private clinics in the Dorset area before practising in Southwest London.
Lauren experienced the fantastic benefits of chiropractic treatment when studying in her teens, with relief from her daily headaches, neck and back pain. She now finds being able to help other people in the same way incredibly satisfying.
Lauren enjoys seeing a diverse range of people and likes to use a variety of techniques to get the best result for each individual. She has a particular fascination in how Chiropractic can help babies, children and mums-to-be.
The techniques may include diversified adjusting, mobilisation, soft tissue work, trigger point therapy, cranial work, dry needling, and pregnancy and peadiatric techniques. She enjoys helping patients actively achieve their own goals incorporating patient education, exercise, rehabilitation and postural and movement advice.
Lauren is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
